Commercial Buildings Maintenance is a regional custodial company, based in Van Nuys, California. We take pride in serving the greater Los Angeles area for over 30 years. We are a green company using human and pet friendly cleaning products and we are always ahead of the curve with the highest technology in terms of tools, equipment, and cleaning techniques.
Since 1993, we have serviced and maintained some of the area’s most valued commercial properties. We have hand-selected trained, supervised professionals to service and maintain the appearance of your office or building. Although Commercial Buildings Maintenance specializes in large commercial properties, we also service, clean, and maintain offices, schools, restaurants and other facilities.
We also offer carpet & floor cleaning, window washing & steam pressure washing, construction cleanup, and parking lot sweeping. Our Dynamic Landscaping Service division provides top quality lawn care services to new and existing clients.
